Performance Infusion
Delivering Muscle Repair, Cellular Energy, Antioxidant Protection, and Trace Mineral Support in 45 minutes.

Quick Benefit Highlights
- Muscle Repair at the Building Block Level: Amino acids are the literal raw materials of muscle protein synthesis — the process by which the body rebuilds damaged muscle fibers after exercise. IV delivery ensures they reach muscle tissue immediately after training when the repair window is most open
- Cellular Energy From Every Angle: B-complex vitamins power the metabolic pathways that convert nutrients into ATP, while amino acids provide the substrates for energy production during prolonged exertion. Together they address both the supply and conversion sides of athletic energy metabolism
- Antioxidant Defense Against Training-Induced Oxidative Stress: Intense exercise generates significant free radical production in muscle tissue. Vitamin C at IV concentration neutralizes this oxidative load, protecting the cells that are doing the repair work from being damaged in the process
- Trace Minerals to Complete the Recovery Picture: The Mineral Blend replaces the zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, and selenium that sweat, metabolic demand, and physical stress deplete: nutrients that govern enzyme function, energy metabolism, and immune resilience during demanding training blocks
What You Put in After Determines
What You Get Out Next Time.
Training creates the stimulus for adaptation. Recovery determines whether that adaptation actually happens. The 24 to 48 hours after a hard session are when the body does its most important work repairing the microscopic damage to muscle fibers that makes them come back stronger, restoring glycogen, clearing inflammatory metabolites, and rebuilding the cellular machinery that was taxed during the effort. Every one of those processes depends on specific nutrients being available in adequate quantity. When they are not, recovery is incomplete, adaptation is blunted, and the next session starts from a compromised baseline.
The Performance Infusion delivers four categories of athletic recovery nutrients directly into the bloodstream in a single 45-minute IV session. Amino acids provide the building blocks for muscle protein synthesis immediately after training. B-complex vitamins power the cellular energy pathways that fuel both performance and the metabolic work of recovery. Vitamin C provides the antioxidant protection that shields muscle cells and immune cells from the oxidative stress that intense training generates. And the Mineral Blend replaces the trace minerals that sweat, metabolism, and physical demand deplete, minerals that govern enzyme function and energy conversion at every level of the recovery cascade.
The Performance Infusion works both pre-event and post-workout. Used the day before or morning of a competition, it pre-loads the nutritional reserves that heavy exertion will draw down. Used within hours after training or competition, it accelerates the recovery process that determines how quickly you can go again at full capacity. For athletes training multiple times per week, competing in the Florida heat, or preparing for a major event, the difference between recovery that takes 48 hours and recovery that takes 24 is often the difference between the program you planned and the program you were able to execute.
Ideal For:
- Competitive and recreational athletes in all disciplines — runners, cyclists, swimmers, triathletes, CrossFit athletes, team sport players, and golfers
- Anyone training for a specific athletic event who wants to optimize recovery quality and shorten the time between high-quality training sessions
- Clients who train in the Florida heat and lose significant electrolytes, minerals, and fluid alongside their physical effort
- Those experiencing persistent post-workout fatigue, soreness that lingers longer than expected, or a plateau in performance or recovery quality
- Weekend warriors and recreational athletes who want the recovery tools available to elite performers without the support staff
- Anyone who does high-volume training blocks and needs consistent nutritional recovery support to maintain both health and progression
How You’ll Feel:
Clients who book the Performance Infusion within a few hours of training consistently report a meaningful reduction in the severity and duration of post-workout soreness, faster return of energy and motivation, and a qualitative sense of physical restoration that accelerates the recovery process noticeably. Those who use it before competition describe better endurance under sustained effort, sharper focus in the late stages of their event, and reduced cramping from pre-loaded mineral reserves. Athletes who incorporate it regularly into their training schedule report that their recovery quality between sessions improves steadily over time — they can train harder more consistently because they are coming back more completely.

What Is in the Performance Infusion and How Does Each Ingredient Support Athletic Performance and Recovery?
Amino Acids
Amino acids are the structural units of every protein in the body, and skeletal muscle protein is their most performance-relevant application. Intense exercise causes mechanical stress and micro-tears in muscle fibers that the body repairs during recovery — and this repair process, called muscle protein synthesis, is entirely dependent on the availability of amino acids, particularly the essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and must obtain from diet or supplementation. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) — leucine, isoleucine, and valine — are particularly important in this context: leucine acts as the primary trigger for muscle protein synthesis, while isoleucine and valine support energy production during endurance exercise and reduce protein breakdown during heavy training.
Beyond structural repair, amino acids serve metabolic functions critical to athletic performance. Glutamine supports immune function during periods of heavy training stress when immune suppression is a known risk. Arginine supports nitric oxide synthesis and blood flow to working muscles. Carnitine facilitates the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production during aerobic exercise. IV delivery ensures that the amino acid profile reaches muscle tissue directly and immediately after training — in the post-workout window when protein synthesis rates are highest and the demand for amino acid supply is most acute.B-Complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6)
B vitamins are the enzymatic cofactors that govern every major energy metabolism pathway in the body. Thiamine (B1) is required for pyruvate dehydrogenase, the enzyme that converts glucose-derived pyruvate into acetyl-CoA for entry into the citric acid cycle — the central ATP-producing pathway for aerobic exercise. Riboflavin (B2) drives electron transport chain reactions. Niacinamide (B3) is the precursor to NAD+, the coenzyme required for the most critical energy-producing reactions in the mitochondria. Pantothenic acid (B5) is the precursor to coenzyme A, which links fat metabolism to the citric acid cycle. Pyridoxine (B6) supports amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, including the serotonin and dopamine pathways that influence motivation, pain tolerance, and mental performance during competition. Sweat and elevated metabolic demand during training accelerate B vitamin depletion, making IV replenishment directly after effort particularly valuable.Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Intense exercise is one of the most potent generators of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the body. The increase in oxygen consumption during hard training produces free radicals as a byproduct of mitochondrial energy production, and in high enough concentrations these ROS damage muscle proteins, cell membranes, and DNA — contributing to the inflammation, soreness, and prolonged recovery associated with high training loads. Vitamin C at IV concentration provides immediate, high-capacity antioxidant neutralization of this oxidative load, protecting the muscle cells undergoing repair from the additional insult of uncontrolled ROS activity. Vitamin C is also a required cofactor for collagen synthesis, supporting the repair of connective tissue — tendons, ligaments, and cartilage — that bears mechanical stress during training and requires ongoing structural maintenance.Mineral Blend (Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Selenium)
Trace minerals are systematically depleted by the combination of sweat losses and elevated metabolic demand that accompanies regular training. Zinc is required for the activation and proliferation of immune cells — critical during the training-induced immune suppression window that follows intense exercise — and also supports the growth hormone and testosterone signaling that drives muscle protein synthesis. Copper enables iron metabolism and supports the antioxidant enzyme ceruloplasmin. Manganese is a cofactor for superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), the primary mitochondrial antioxidant enzyme that protects cellular energy production from oxidative damage. Chromium enhances insulin sensitivity, improving the efficiency of glucose uptake into muscle cells during glycogen resynthesis after training. Selenium supports glutathione peroxidase, the antioxidant enzyme system that works alongside vitamin C to neutralize the oxidative stress generated by exercise. Together the five minerals in the blend address the enzymatic, metabolic, and immune dimensions of athletic recovery that trace mineral depletion compromises.Key Benefits
